Delicious Watermelon Salsa
Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, diced
- 1 cup red onion, diced
- 3/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2/3 cup mint leaves, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, diced and seeded
- 1 lime, juiced
Serves: 8
Dice the watermelon, red onion and jalapeno. Chop the cilantro and mint leaves. Combine all ingredients together and pour the lime juice on top. Mix. Place in refrigerator to chill. Serve with fish or chicken tacos or with tortilla chips.
