Easy Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Dill Weed
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Serves: 2

Thinly slice cucumber and onion, combine in a large bowl.  Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.  Serve cold and enjoy!
