Easy Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/3 Cup Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dill Weed
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Serves: 2
Thinly slice cucumber and onion, combine in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Serve cold and enjoy!
