Easy Green Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups spinach or kale

1 banana

1 cup pineapple (frozen, canned or fresh)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt or fat-free yogurt

1/4 cup oats

1 cup ice

1/2 cup water or milk

Serves: 2

Combine in blender, blend for 30-45 seconds until smooth. For an extra-cold smoothie, use frozen fruit. No chilling needed!
