Easy Green Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach or kale
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple (frozen, canned or fresh)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup quick or old fashioned oats
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup water or milk
Serves: 2
Combine into blender, blend for 30-45 seconds or until smooth.
Dietitian Tip: For an extra-cold smoothie, use frozen fruit. No chilling needed!
