Fresh Peach Salsa


4-5 small, firm peaches to equal 1 1/2 cups diced pieces
3/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
1 fresh jalapeño, finely chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Serves: 1/4 cup servings (approximately 10)

Combine peaches, tomatoes, jalapeño, basil, onion, lime juice, brown sugar and salt in a medium bowl. You can prepare this up to 2 hours ahead of time.  Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

This is great with baked tortilla chips or as a topping for chicken or fish tacos.
