Garlic and Spinach Saute

Garlic and Spinach Saute

  • 1 bag of spinach
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/8 cup nuts, of your choice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Serves: 2

Heat fry pan with olive oil on medium heat. Add chopped garlic and saute for 2 minutes, or until tender. Add ful bag of spinach, nuts and golden raisins. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until spinach is wilted. Serve and enjoy!
