Ingredients
- 1 cup Silk Nog (or any low-fat dairy or non-dairy variety)
- ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
- Optional: dash of rum extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1-2 cups ice (to your preferred texture)
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: garnish with whipped topping if not dairy-free and crushed peppermint candies
