Peppermint Dairy Free Eggnog Protein Shake:

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Silk Nog (or any low-fat dairy or non-dairy variety)
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Optional: dash of rum extract
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 cups ice (to your preferred texture)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: garnish with whipped topping if not dairy-free and crushed peppermint candies

Serves: 1

Combine all ingredients and blend until well mixed.  Optional: garnish with crushed peppermint candies!
