Pumpkin Pie Tarts
Ingredients
- 1 package sugar free pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups fat free evaporated milk
- 1/2 can pumpkin
- 1 cup lite whipped topping
- 2 package phyllo tart shells
- Nutmeg, for garnish
Serves: 30
Whisk pudding and evaporated milk until smooth. Stir in the pumpkin and pie spice. Fold in the whipped topping. Chill for one hour. To assemble, place 1 heaping tablespoon of mouse into each tart shell. Garnish with nutmeg. Enjoy!
