Location: Palsey Park, 2521 S Southeastern Ave

Active stroll is a mom and me stroller and exercise class designed to get the moms walking and meeting new moms. Each day, we will incorporate some exercises that you can do while walking. Little ones must be in the stroller for the walking portion,  but may get out and participate in the exercises, if old enough to do so. Registration required.

Registration for this event is Free. In order to register, go to www.siouxfalls.org/parks and use id#150010 or call (605) 367-8222. Registration deadline is 5 days in advance.
