Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics

Location: Midco Aquatic Center, 1601 S Western Ave.

Water aerobics is a low-impact exercise. The expected resistance of the water against your body helps tone your muscles and increase your strength. Water aerobics is easier on your bones and joints than running, but still provides the benefits of an aerobic workout. If you have arthritis, are rehabilitating an injury, or just enjoy pool fitness classes, water aerobics can help improve your health.

Registration fees for this class are $35 for the series. To register go online to and use class id# 910030 or call (605) 367-8222. Registration deadline 5 days in advance.
