Location: Midco Aquatic Center, 1601 S Western Ave

This 60-minute Warm Water Pool class is formatted to soothe and calm chronic muscular pain. Class members are guided through a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Aqua Chi, and Barre-inspired movements that are designed to provide relief for muscle pain as well as improve flexibility.

Location: Southern Vista Park, West 23rd Street and South Technopolis Drive

Outdoor Campus and Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation will be providing an opportunity for youth ages 7-12 to explore the sport of archery in a safe and encouraging environment. During this activity, you will be introduced to the basics of a sport that many individuals enjoy well into adulthood. Participation is free and all necessary supplies will be provided on a first come first serve basis. An adult to child ratio of 5:1 should be observed.

This 45-minute high-intensity class is spend speeding back and forth across the width of the deep end of the 50 Meter Pool to stations where class members will perform muscle resistance moves with a variety of equipment that is challenging and fun to use.

Location: Laurel Oak Family Aquatic Center, 49th St. and Laurel Oak Dr.

This class is a total body workout using body weight and water resistance. This class offers different exercises throughout the class that will show you how exciting water exercises can be. Come and challenge yourself in the water.

The cost is $20 for the series. Registration closes 5 business days in advance.
