Move those Joints

Location: Midco Aquatic Center, 1601 S Western Ave
This is a low-intensity class that will focus on continuous movement. We will start the class with a warm-up move onto low-impact cardio strengthening, and conclude with stretching.

Better Choices, Better Health® Workshop

Better Choices, Better Health® is a chronic disease self-management workshop designed for adults living with any chronic conditions.
This workshop will be presented on six consecutive Thursdays, from April 5 through May 10, with each session lasting 2 1/2 hours.
Workshop topics include:
- Managing pain, fatigue and stress
- Tips for healthy eating
- Personal exercise plans
- Relaxation techniques
- Medication how-to's
- Dealing with emotions
- Working better with your doctor and care team

Play on With Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation

Celebrate National Parks and Recreation Month by exploring recreational activities available throughout the park system. Spend some quality family time as you compete against one another in disc golf, race one another along the trails at Leaders Park, and see who can catch the biggest fish at Family Park.
The cost for this activity is $15 per person for the series.
