Move those Joints

Location: Midco Aquatic Center, 1601 S Western Ave
This is a low-intensity class that will focus on continuous movement. We will start the class with a warm-up move onto low-impact cardio strengthening, and conclude with stretching.
Registration for this class costs $45 for the series. Go to www.siouxfalls.org/parks and use class id #910027 or call (605) 367-8222 to register. Registration deadline is 5 days in advance.

Archery in the Parks

Location: McKennan Park
Outdoor Campus and Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation will be providing an opportunity for youth ages 7-12 to explore the sport of archery in a safe and encouraging environment. During this activity, you will be introduced to the basics of a sport that many individuals enjoy well into adulthood. Participation is free and all necessary supplies will be provided on a first come first serve basis. An adult to child ratio of 5:1 should be observed.

Ladies Bootcamp

Location: Oyate Community Center, 2421 W 15th St
Need an intense 60-minute workout to fit into your busy day? This is just the class for you...combining cardio, weights and core strengthening. Please bring a water bottle and a mat. The cost is $20 for the series.
