Walking is one of the best ways to stay healthy! Lap counters are available for checkout so you can log your daily progress. We will help track your miles each week. This walking program is designed for adults age 55 and over, and is available Monday-Friday.
This is a FREE program, and no registration is required.

Join us in getting physically active this year! We have joined the American Public Health Association's 1 Billion Steps Challenge. This challenge runs from January 1 to April 8. The 1 Billion Steps Challenge is a chance to count your steps and get active in 2018. Join our team as we attempt to Live Well and get as many steps as we can.
