Location: Midco Aquatic Center, 1601 S Western Ave

Working against the current we will travel around the channel to different exercise stations. Each station will be quipped with what you will need. Strengthen your core with every move! 

There is a registration fee of $45 per series.

This class will be fast paced or whatever pace you would like. We will be swimming with fins and a kick board, so you do not need to know how to swim to attend the class. We will mix it up with shallow, deep, and lots of fun building strength and endurance using a variety of equipment. Great workout packing in 45 minutes.

There is a $35 per series fee for this class.
