Power 40

Location: Midco Aquatic Center 50 Meter Pool
This class will have you swimming laps in a variety of different ways. Power 40 is designed not only for beginners, but those who wish to take their workout to an extreme level. A vigorous format includes equipment as participants swim the full length of the pool (25 yards). Come join us for this power-packed class to help you become the new you!

Shuffleboard

Location: Kenny Anderson Community Center
Did you know playing shuffleboard regularly could have health benefits? It can relieve stress, allows participants to socialize with others, and also can be viewed as a form of exercise! Stick around after cards or come in after cards and enjoy some indoor shuffleboard. Courts and equipment provided. Ages 55+.

Turkey Bowling
Monday, January 14, 2019 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Location: Various Ice Rinks
Join us each night to put your sites on being the champ! This winter enjoy some bowling on ice--with a turkey! Participants will compete to see who nocks down the most bowling pins with a frozen turkey. Contest will start promptly at 6:00 p.m. Enjoy all six ice rinks by competing at a different location each night. At the end of the bowling league, the participant with the highest score overall will receive a champion prize. Ages 16+, 430.00 per person.
