Learn how to listen to your body and how it wants to move. We will express our body, mind, and spirit through various types of movements and music. You do not need any experience, just the desire to move and have fun! Please bring a towel/mat. Ages 14+. $8.00 per person. Regsiter at Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation (#310006).

Tourney has three six-on-six divisions--Elite, A Power, and B Power. Pool play followed by a single-elimination tournament. $60.00 per team. Registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. January 11.
