Our Ladies' Bootcamp offers a variety of workouts that will keep you in top-top shape! It's always a fun challenge, whether you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, you can go at your own pace and work your way up. Anyone can be a part of the program and all levels are welcome. Out boot camp workout will consist of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and stretching. Please bring your own towel/mat. This 60-minute Warm Water Pool class is designed to assist you in improving your strength and cardiovasclar health. This light- to moderate-intensity class format combines body resistance and water exercise equipment with light-to-moderstate aerobic exercise. During the 60 minutes of instruction, class participants will strengthen their major muscle groups as well as improve range of motion of all muscles and joints. Improvement of flexibility, balance, and stamina can be expected. The movements of cardio activity are different for every class in order for your body to receive optimal benefit for your physical health. Ages 18+. $45.00 per series. Gather your friends at our "house" to play, create, and socialize. Our playgroups are open for kids from infant age to prekindergarten age. We will provide the equipment and toys while parents and adults provide the supervision. Not intended for childcare centers or in-home care providers. A 5-to-1 ratio of children to adults must be observed. No registration required.

Water aerobics is easier on your bones and joines than running, but still provides the benefits of an aerobic workout, if you have arthritis, are rehabilitating an injury, or just enjoy pool fitness classes, water aerobics can help improve your health.
