What is the kickboxing craze all abut? Aqua Kick combines a variety of kicks, jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, and core exercises in a fun, high energy class! Held in the shallow end of the pool, Aqua Kick provides an effective total body aerobic workout with less stress on the joints.
