Morningside Community Center's FREE walking program, which runs Monday-Friday from 8-10 a.m.,  is a great way to stay healthy and active in a climate-controlled environment. Lap counters are available for checkout so you can log your daily progress. Come for some exercise and socialize along the way! No registration required.

Colorectal cancer is the second leading cause of cancer death in the U.S. among men and women combined. Yet, with proper screening, it can be prevented or detected at an early stage. Regular screening and early detection can save lives. During this FREE virtual event, you will learn about colorectal cancer prevention and screening options. Participants who are eligible can have a free at-home colorectal cancer screening kit mailed to them. Sign up for this program at Avera.org/events.
