Healthy Living Nutrition Course

Cut carbs or eat more protein? Run for miles or lift weights? Find the answer during this class! You will also learn how to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle from our Fitness/Performance and Dietetics professional. You will learn how to achieve your goal weight and how to maintain it.
