Celebrate the longest day of the year by partaking in a hike in one of Sioux Falls' most beautiful parks. Hiking not only provides the physical relief of other exercise choices, hiking in nature has been shown to be a powerful anxiety and stress reliever for people of al ages. Bring sturdy shoes and an adventurous spirit to partake in this summer solstice hike. Recommended for ages 6+. Must be able to hike one mile on rocky and sometimes uneven terrain. Registration required. Free event.
