Chair Volleyball

Location: Morningside Community Center

This is more fun than you can possibly stand--while seated. Come enjoy this fun-filled game played with a beach volleyball. Chair volleyball is great for upper body mobility and is designed to promote physical and emotional health. Ages 55+. Registration required at Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation (#396001).
