Frosty Frolics Fun Run/Walk

Location: Spencer Park

Join the fun and competition of this frosty morning run. Races will be 5K and 10K. Runners will follow the path along the Big Sioux River. Turn-around points will be noted along the route. Runners who are registered by December 19 will receive a T-shirt. Don't forget to wear your Frosty costume; costumes will be judged at 8:45 a.m. Gift cards will be awarded to the costume winners. S is for Snow!-It's just my most favorite time of the year! Come play in the snow with us while learning about these tiny crystals! We will try to go outside if everyone is dressed for the weather, otherwise this will be an indoor class.

In partnership with The Outdoor Campus, this event offers fun-filled outdoor family time. Ice fishing poles will be available on a first-come, first-served basis; you are welcome to bring your own. Partnering with Falls Area Singletrack (FAST) and Falls Area Bicyclists (FAB). Bring your bike out and meet at the Tomar Park parking lot. We will ride to Falls Park (weather permitting). FAST and FAB will provide a frosty frozen treat a tthe end of the ride. No Registration required.

We are calling all superheroes for a superhero gathering. We invite you to dress up as your favorite superhero character, but don't forget that it gets a little chilly around this time of the year. Create your own superhero mask while you warm up in the warming house, and meet some of your favorite superheroes. Skate rentals available. No registration required.

You will be taken through a series of guided meditations. These meditation sessions will also incorporate techniques such as sound (crystal and Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments), Thai-massage, Reiki, mindfulness, oils, Chakra-balancing, self-compassion, and more. Playin’ It Safe At Tot Time

Playin’ It Safe At Tot Time

Once a month, we will be adding a little extra to our Tot Time. On the last Thursday of the month, we invite you to join us as we lead organized water games as well as safety topics in and around the water for your little ones. Participants will need to have an active swim pass or pay daily admission rates.
