Snowshoe-Orienteering

Location: Outdoor Campus-East
Learn how to walk in snowshoes and how to read a map to find selected points using our permanent orienteering course with a few challenges to keep things fun! Dress for the weather and bring on the snow! Class will not cancel because of lack of snow-we just won't be snowshoeing. All ages, recommended 5 and up, youth must be with an adult. Pick only one date/time.

Try a variety of water workouts and see what class fits into your workout routine. Join us in 20-minute intervals to get a sampling of the water fitness classes offered at the Midco Aquatic® Center.
Simple changes in personal tempo, range-of-motion and length of levers, any class can be tailored to your fitness level. Get the workout you want with water fitness classes. It’s fun, low-impact, and yet water fitness classes are suitable for every age and fitness level, from beginning exercisers through elite athletes.

We use a variety of equipment which may include: water dumbbells, noodles, aqua gloves, flippers, and kick boards. Participants will need to have an active swim pass or pay daily admission rates. Each participant receives a $10 gift card toward future water fitness classes.

Moonlit Snowshoe

Intro to Ice Skating

Adult Frosty Frolics Volleyball Tournament

Tourney has three 6-on-6 divisions--Elite, A Power, B Power, Pool Play followed by a single-elimination tournament. Registration and payment deadline is 1/10/20 at 5:00 PM. Registration Required. Ages 18+, $60 per team.

Cross Country Skiing

Location: Outdoor Campus-East
Get hands-on instruction in cross-country skiing and related equipment, then head outdoors for guided practice on our trails. All equipment is provided, but please dress for the weather. (Class is dependent on proper snow conditions.) All ages; recommended ages 5 and up, youths must be accompanied by adults. Please pick one day/time.

WiBit Events

What is a Wibit? A Wibit is an inflatable water feature that can be used in the water to create additional fun for all ages! Midco Aquatic Center will host Wibit events. These events will be held in the Sanford Health 50 Meter Pool. No registration required. Participants will need to have an active swim pass or pay daily admission rates. Lap lanes may not be available when the Action Tower is in use. December 15: Action Tower and Wiggle Bridge. January 19: Action Tower.

Teen Dodgeball
