Create a Committee
There may already be individuals at your worksite who understand the value of worksite well-being. Form and invest in a dedicated employee wellness and/or safety team.
Your members may come from diverse areas of the organization, such as occupational safety, risk management, finance, human resources or marketing. Invite a representative from each department or division if that makes sense for your organization. Your committee members' support could include contributions of staff time or expertise, financial resources, and support for policy and environmental changes that will help to build a culture of health.
