Stand Strong, Fall Prevention Screening

According to the CDC, 1 in 4 Americans age 65+ fall, and over 3 million fall-related injuries are treated in emergency departments each year. However, falls are preventable! Meet specially trained nurses at a fall prevention screening event. Each attendee receives a personalized screening and fall prevention recommendations.
