Live Well Sioux Falls and Falls Community Health invite you to the sixth annual Blue Move 5K and 1 Mile Run/Walk on Saturday, August 12th, 2023, at Fawick Park in Downtown Sioux Falls! Run out and back on a designated paved trail that follows our beautiful Sioux River.
Run or walk in support of the fight against Colorectal Cancer! Every half mile learn facts about Colorectal Cancer and finish the race by running through an inflatable colon! All proceeds help fund colonoscopies for the underserved patients of Falls Community Health in Sioux Falls, SD.
Colorectal Cancer is a leading cause of death from cancer for men and women, but it is treatable with early detection. The registration fees from the Blue Move 5K help underserved patients access potentially lifesaving colorectal cancer screenings. The race registration fee is $30 before July 31st, 2023.
- Ages 10 and under are free.
- The top two male and female runners will be recognized—and the “most blue participant” runner or walker will receive a prize.
