Create a Culture

One of the primary goals of a worksite well-being program is to Create a Culture - an environment and culture where optimal health, safety, and productivity can flourish. Important steps to create a positive culture of well-being include:

  • Embrace the value of human capital and see each employee as a whole person.
  • Integrate well-being into business decisions and day-to-day operations, including (but not limited to) such areas as company mission, vision and values; employee engagement; training; safety; performance management; leadership development; and environmental stewardship.
