Program Evaluation

Program evaluation is an important step in a successful worksite well-being program. An evaluation helps you determine if you met your goals and what health impact the program had on your employees.

It's a good idea to evaluate your program during different phases. You could conduct an evaluation at the end of a particular activity, at the end of each quarter and perhaps another at the end of each year. Regular evaluation gives you the opportunity to adjust the program based on employee or management feedback or any changing priorities within the organization.

After the completion of an activity, you can evaluate the knowledge and behaviors of participants. Quarterly and yearly evaluations help you measure changes in culture and attitudes within the organization.
