First Annual Move Well Sioux Falls and Blue Move 5K

Our first annual Move Well Sioux Falls and Blue Move 5K events were a great success! 

Nearly 300 people came out to Riverdale Park on Saturday, August 11, to learn about all the great resources in Sioux Falls for staying physically active. The crowd included around 90 runners and walkers who participated in the Blue Move 5K to raise funds that will be used to increase awareness about the importance of colorectal cancer screenings and to help fund colonoscopies for underserved patients at Falls Community Health.

The morning included more than 80 free activities from gyms, fitness studios, chiropractic offices and other organizations that promote a variety of physical activities. Check out this video to see all the fun we had...and then mark your calendars for August 10, 2019!
