Physical activity is one of the best things you can do for your physical AND your mental health. On average, an adult should aim for 30 minutes a day of moderate to vigorous activity. The great news is that you can break that down into smaller pieces....like a ten minute walk in the morning, a walk break at work and then another walk after dinner!
Sample different types of physical activity to find what works for you and can keep you motivated. Enlist the support of a friend or family member and get active together! Try one (or more!) of our 30-day challenges for a kick-start. Don't worry if it's past the first of the month...start any time and just keep it going for 30 days.
