Yoga

Location: Morningside Community Center, 2400 S. Bahnson Avenue
In this yoga class, you will be able to wind down and relax at the end of the day. Gaining flexibility, better posture, and learning stress-relieving moves are all benefits from regular yoga practice. Please bring a water bottle and a mat to class.
The cost is $20 for the series.
