Teresa Thie, LSW, is an Education and Public Awareness Specialist for Children's Home Society. While she trains educators, law enforcement, medical providers and other professionals, she also has a passion for talking to parents about keeping their children safe. 

At this program, you will: 

• Find out how to minimize hidden dangers to children in our communities. 
• Learn ways to talk to children about staying safe so they do not become victims.
• Learn how to appropriately respond to disclosures of abuse
• ...and more!

This event is FREE to the public and is designed in particular for youth service organizations and parents. Due to the graphic nature of the topic, it is recommended that children do NOT attend the program.
