Water Cure

Location: Midco Aquatic Center, 1601 S Western Ave
This 60-minute Warm Water Pool class is formatted to soothe and calm chronic muscular pain. Class members are guided through a fusion of Pilates, Yoga, Aqua Chi, and Barre-inspired movements that are designed to provide relief for muscle pain as well as improve flexibility.
Registration for this class has a $45 fee for the series. To register, go to www.siouxfalls.org/parks and use class id #910021 or call (605) 367-8222. Registration deadline is 5 days in advance.
