Fit Happens - Intro to Fitness
Monday, May 7, 2018 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Location: Oyate Community Center, 2421 W 15th St
We will be introducing band resistance workouts, kettlebells, dumbbells, and body weight workouts that can all be done from the comfort of your home. A little free etime is all you will need to perform a workout, once you complete our Fit Happens calss.
No class June 20.
There is a registration fee of $20 per series.
