It's time to Move Well, Sioux Falls! Come be part of this first annual event to explore all of the great ways you can be physically active in our community. The event is FREE!

We are bringing together a variety of organizations to promote physical activity and healthy lifestyles so you can sample different activities like aerobics and yoga, or try shooting baskets or playing pickleball! Keep watching for the latest updates on the event page.
