Park After Dark Full Moon Hike
Thursday, June 28, 2018 9:00pm - 10:00pm
Location: Great Bear Recreation Park
Come out and see Great Bear under the full moon's glow! Hiking not only provides the physical relief of other exercise choices, but hiking in nature has been shown to be a powerful anxiety and stress reliever for people of all ages. Recommended for ages 6 and up. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult. Participants must be able to hike one mile on uneven terrain. Please wear sturdy shoes and bring a flashlight. Free event.
