Location: Celebrate Community Church, 1000 S. Sycamore Avenue

Did you know that 26 million Americans have kidney disease, and many don't event know it?

Risk factors for kidney disease include diabetes and high blood pressure. Come to this FREE screening event from the National Kidney Foundation, with support from Avera Health and Sanford Health. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

You will take a risk factor survey and receive:

• blood pressure check
• body mass index (BMI) measurement
• an opportunity to speak with a healthcare professional
• free educational materials
• ACR urine test for albumin (a type of protein) - only for individuals at risk of kidney disease
