Learn shallow-water moves designed to challenge your speed, agility, and power while blasting away calories and stress. Full-body workout, cardio, and strength moves are incorporated to utilize the water to get the best workout possible.

The cost for Water Cardio Blast is $20 for the series. Registration closes five business days in advance.

The Soroptimist Club of Sioux Falls is sponsoring a free conference series designed to help people, especially women, learn more about important topics.

This session will provide important information that you need to know about Saving Money and how that contributes to your financial health.  A light meal will be served.
