Cardio Sculpt

Location: Kuehn Community Center, 2801 S. Valley View Road
Beginning with a warm-up, this class will include both cardio and toning exercises. This full-body workout will sculpt muscles in 30-, 60-, 90-second timed intervals. Lower body, upper body, and abdominals will all be included in the workout. A cool-down and stretch will end the class. Please bring a water bottle and a mat.
The cost for Cardio Sculpt is $20 a series. Registration closes 5 business days in advance.
