Grandparent and Me Sports (Ages 4-5 and 55+)

Location: Kenny Anderson Community Center, 3701 E. Third Street
Grandparent and Me Sports is a program that has been designed to introduce children ages four to five years old to a variety of sports, games, and group activities, all with the help of grandma or grandpa! You and your little one will be able to try soccer, t-ball, football, and basketball. All at their own pace! The cost is $5 per child. Registration required online or by calling (605) 367-8222.

Winter Wonders Sensory Walk (Ages 4-5)

Winter is the perfect time to explore! Through using our senses, Sioux Falls Parks & Recreation will lead kids ages 4 and 5 on an adventure to explore the world around us. We will go on a winter scavenger hunt, use our hands to feel different wintery items, smell test winter scents, and listen for unique sounds! Dress warm, we will be outdoors. Family Open Pickleball

Been thinking about trying out one of the fastest growing sports in the country? Looking to connect and meet other families through the same sport? Well you’re in luck! Sioux Falls Parks & Recreation has reserved indoor pickleball courts on Saturday mornings in February! Come out and play some pickup games with other families. No registration required.
