Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Coconut flakes, optional
- Ground flax seed, optional
- Chia seeds, optional
- Dried fruit, optional
Serves: 20
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll into bite size balls and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
