Sioux Falls Heart Walk

The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association’s mission in action! The annual Sioux Falls Heart Walk promotes physical activity and heart-healthy living in a fun, family environment. It is a time of celebration for those who have made lifestyle changes and encourages many more to take the pledge to live healthier lifestyles while raising the monies needed to fund life-saving research and education, advocate for health and save lives!

Healthy Habits

Location: Oyate Community Center 2421 West 15th St.
Advice will be provided for the do's and dont's for making better choices every day. Hands-on demonstration are provided live. We'll talk natural stretching, meditating, nutrition, and we'll exercise the "how to" and "how to make it happen." Please bring your own yoga mat. Registration is required #150027. Ages 18+. $16 per person.

Storytime Trail

Location: Arrowhead Park, 1710 S. River Bluff Rd
Children will explore the nature around them as they partake in a storytime with Siouxland Libraries, hike through Arrowhead Park, and complete a simple nature craft. Over the course of these two sessions, your child will further develop their powers of observation and creativity by exploring a natural environment.
