Adult Coed Kickball League
Wednesday, August 22, 2018 10:00am - 3:00pm
Location: Dunham Park
This is a recreational league. Teams will kick off the week of July 17 and will run for eight weeks, with play culminating in one all-day tournament.
Participants must be at least 18 years old and out of high school.
There is an Organizational meeting on June 20 at 6 pm at Morningside CC.
The cost for this activity is $75 per team.

Healthy Living Nutrition Course

You will also learn how to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle from our Fitness/Performance and Dietetics professional. You will learn how to achieve your goal weight and how to maintain it. Protect Yourself Self-Defense Class

Location: Oyate Community Center, 2421 W 15th St
Come learn the basics on how to protect yourself from multiple situations. We will provide a comprehensive course on important topics such as Social Harassment, Prevention Psychology, and self-defense. Our goal for this course is to better prepare you and to know how to react when faced with a negative situation. At the end of the class you will receive a Self-Defense Kubotan as well as Self-Defense reference manual.
For ages 10+
There is a registration fee of $75 per person.
