Ladies’ Bootcamp

Location: Cherry Rock Park
Our Ladies' Bootcamp offers a variety of workouts that will keep you in top-top shape! It's always a fun challenge, whether you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, you can go at your own pace and work your way up. Anyone can be a part of the program and all levels are welcome. Out boot camp workout will consist of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and stretching. Please bring your own towel/mat. Power 40

Location: Midco Aquatic Center 50 Meter Pool
This class will have you swimming laps in a variety of different ways. Power 40 is designed not only for beginners, but those who wish to take their workout to an extreme level. A vigorous format includes equipment as participants swim the full length of the pool (25 yards). Come join us for this power-packed class to help you become the new you!

No Limits Aqua Style

Summertime is a great time to exercise outside! Come ready to work hard. A nonstop workout utilizing noodles in both dep and shallow to get both strength and cardio. Registration required #910005. Ages 18+. $45 perseries.

Stress Release

An aqua fitness class of moderate intensity that uses the properties of water resistance to get in shape while minimizing impact to the joints and back. Stress release is great for all, but especially for senior adults, beginners, and those desiring a low impact workout. No swimming ability required. Aqua bells are used to enhance strength. registration required. Rgistration required #910002. Ages 18+. $35 per series.

Yoga At The Mill

Come enjoy out beautiful parks and take a deep breath of fresh air with us while gaining flexibility, better posture, and learning stress-relieving moves through Yoga! We are excited to partner with local yoga studies to provide an all ages and levels session. Each session will be hosted by a different instructor.
Classes will be taught by Barre3, Amy Miller Training, Revolution Yoga, Sanford Wellness
