Sioux Falls Fire Rescue provides car seat installation and checks each Saturday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m..at Fire Station 3, 2820 S. Social Saturdays for Seniors

Location: Drakes Springs Family Aquatic Center
Join us on select Saturdays to socialize and exercise! This opportunity at Drake Springs will not only exercise your body, but your mind too! From 10–11 a.m. we will have an organized fitness class, and from 11 a.m.–12 p.m. you are free to enjoy the current channel or lap swim. No registration required. Participants will need to have an active swim pass or pay daily admission rates. AGES 55+

Deep Water: Aqua Fit

Ages 18+
This deep-water fitness class is meant to be high-intensity! Don’t let the deep water be a fear, everyone will be wearing a flotation belt during class. This is a fun and challenging class that is full of cardio, muscular, and respiratory endurance. You may use flippers, kickboards, gloves, noodles, and other equipment during class. You are sure to sweat, but you don’t need to get your hair wet! Registration required.
