Teen Trek

Location: Great Bear Recreation Park
Hiking can improve both physical and mental health in teens resulting in improved mood and school performance. We will learn the basics of backpacking essentials, explore the trails in search of animals and plants, and gain necessary exercise to improve overall health. Registration required (Class #400020). Recommended for ages 13-17. Free class.
