Feel Good Flow

Release the tension accumulated throughout your week, and shed the tightness and fatigue of a long day as you move through a series of postures that bring openness and ease to your hips, shoulders, and low back. Find yourself relaxed and renewed as you head into your evening. Please bring your own yoga mat. Registration required (Class #400031).
Recommended for 18+; cost is $40 per series.
